A deal moves step by step, not by a salesperson's memory

Sale, trade-in, consignment, import to order — each deal type has its own route and its own checks. Documents are built from the deal data, and the loan application is sent from the same card.

A dealership deal is not just “agreed and sold”. Sometimes you take the customer's car in part exchange, sometimes you set up a consignment, sometimes you order a car that isn't in stock yet. DealerPro runs each deal along its own route, and the salesperson can't skip an important step.

Each type has its own route

Standard sale, trade-in, consignment, car import to order and other deal types. Each has its own stages: the system knows what should happen next and prompts the salesperson.

No step gets skipped

You set the conditions for moving between stages: until a condition is met, the deal won't move on. You can set deadlines for stages — a deal that drags on won't get lost among the rest.

Contract from a template

Contracts and other documents are generated from the deal data: the customer, the car and the price are filled in automatically. Use our templates or upload your own — the documents will look the way you're used to.

Financing for the buyer — from the deal card

The customer's application details are already stored in their card. The application goes to the loan broker right from the deal, and the decision comes back to it — no forwarding scans in messengers, no “so what about the approval” calls.

Everything is linked

A deal is created from a lead and linked to the customer and the car. The path from the first message to handover is visible in full, in one place.
